Monthly Memberships Include:

  • Unlimited lap swimming, subject to availability surrounding facility rentals.

  • Unlimited access to open swim, subject to availability surrounding facility rentals.

  • Access and/or discounts to special programming events throughout the year.

Notes:

  • Any +1 membership packages are good for members and guests of any age. Guest may change day-to day.

  • Aquaplex membership does not include access to Splashdown Park; an additional membership fee is required.

  • To cancel your membership, please submit the Member Cancellation Request form.

membership policies

  • • All members participating in HVA offerings or programs must be a member in good standing or a non-member with an active waiver on file.

    • Facility is open year-round. SplashDown Park is open seasonally from Memorial Day - Labor Day.

    • Memberships are available online but must be finalized in person with Guest Services. A parent or legal guardian is required to register any member under the age of 18. All members must have a picture ID and any other applicable documents. All members are required to have a photo taken for their membership account.

    • Hampton residents must show proof of residency (picture ID, valid VA driver’s license, military ID)

    • Birth certificate is required for youth membership eligibility.

    • Members must reserve a spot at specific class times. Changes can be made with a 24-hour notice.

    • Aquaplex membership does not include access to Splash Park; additional membership is required.

    • Ages 16+ are required to have their own membership. Ages 15 & younger must be on a Family Membership and accompanied by the adult on their membership plan.

    • Memberships are month-to-month and can be canceled at any time with a 30-day notice. No refunds will be provided

    • Membership may be frozen for a maximum of 90 days, one time per year. A Membership Hold Request Form must be completed and submitted 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.

    • Billing occurs on the 1st of each month and will be prorated at the time of purchase.

    • Daily passes are available but are not eligible for member benefits. An annual administrative fee of $10 applies to all non-members who wish to participate in programming at HVA.

  • • Season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day

    • Does not include access to the Aquaplex; an additional membership fee is required

    • Ages 16+ are required to have their own membership. Ages 15 & younger must be on a Family Membership and accompanied by the adult on their membership plan.

    • Memberships are non-refundable.
