Group Visits

Group Rates

HVA Aquaplex offers discounted admission for organizations bringing groups of 10 or more individuals.

Group rates are available for either Program Pool or Splashdown Park usage.

Teachers/chaperones are responsible for the behavior of their campers/students and must remain with them at all times.

A ratio of 1 chaperone: 10 students (7-18 years) or 1 chaperone: 7 students (6 and under) minimum is required for all visits.

All facility rules must be followed during visits. Inappropriate behavior or conduct may result in denial of future visits. Individuals not fully potty trained must wear a swim diaper while in the water.

Group Rate Pricing:

  • 2-hour Program Pool visit: $5*

  • 2-hour Splashdown Park visit: $5*

*5% admission tax charged on all ticket sales. Admission tax is not eligible for tax exemption

Availability:

Group Visits are offered Monday-Friday in 2-hour time blocks and are subject to availability surrounding scheduled programming.

Program Pool Visits are able to accommodate up to 30 individuals during a visit.

Splashdown Park visits are available Monday-Friday, June 22nd, 2026 – August 14th, 2026.

  • Groups larger than 30 are asked to visit during our large group time, 10a-12p.

  • Smaller Groups are required to visit within operational hours

Group Visit Add-Ons:

Boxed Lunch (available during summer): Available upon request. Requests for boxed lunches are required to be submitted 2 weeks prior to visit.

Reservations:

Reservations must be made 30 days prior to date of visit*. Reservations must be confirmed by HVA Aquaplex in writing.

*Groups of 10+ who do not have a scheduled visit are not eligible for the group rate. Entry for large groups is not guarantee if reservations have not been made and confirmed.

Payment & Cancellation: Cash, check, or credit cards (our payment system charges a 3% CC processing fee). Payment due upon arrival, as one transaction. Cancellation without penalty is 2 days prior to visit.
