splashdown park FEATURES
SplashDown Park is the newest addition to the Hampton Virginia Aquaplex’s already epic sports and recreation complex. Open to members and visitors Memorial Day – Labor Day, the park features two waterslides, a lazy river with a jetted bench area, a play pool with a zero-depth entry, a play structure, in-water basketball hoops, as well as tables, chairs, and poolside food and beverage service.

MEMBERSHIP + DAY PASS INFO

Step 1: Create a DaySmart account and sign your waiver.
Step 2: Click Memberships from the left menu.
Step 3: Click the blue button on the right to Add Membership.
Step 4: Select your desired membership tier. Please note that Indoor Aquaplex passes and SplashDown Park passes are different. Be sure to double-check that you are selecting the proper package before checking out.
NOTE: Day passes may not be purchased online and are only available at the facility on the day of your attendance. You may, however, save time in line by creating your account and signing a waiver before heading to SplashDown Park.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

• Seasonal membership or day passes are required for all patrons ages 2+.
• No outside food or beverage is permitted.
• Every patron must have a wristband on their arm at all times.
• Same-day re-entry is permitted with the same wristband.
• No coolers, chairs, or tents are permitted.
• No inflatables or pool noodles (floats, floaties, etc.) are permitted. Life jackets are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• There are no refunds on day passes.
• All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Lost and found items will be collected and may be redeemed by visiting the front desk or emailing frontdesk@hamptonaquaplex.com.
• An Aquaplex membership does not include the SplashDown Park add-on. A separate SplashDown Park season pass or day pass is required.
• All members and day pass guests are required to complete a waiver through DaySmart prior to entering the Park. An account may be created in advance to save time in line by clicking HERE.
• While we don’t offer a refund on tickets, we do make your visit risk-free by assuring you that if we must suspend operations due to lightning in the area for more than 90 minutes, we will issue you a credit on your account. This credit can be used for both the Splash Park or Aquaplex. Note: To receive the credit, the credit must be issued at the Splash Park entrance at the closure of the park. Should you choose to leave prior to the closure, a credit will not be offered. If the closure happens within one hour of closing, no credits will be issued.

• Either a season pass or day pass is required to gain access to SplashDown Park.
• Memberships may be purchased in advance HERE to save time at the gate, or you may visit us in person during the week at the Aquaplex front desk.
• Members get access to the Park during regular operating hours PLUS free access to special SplashDown Park events and specially scheduled extended member swim hours.

• Day Passes are valid only on the Day of purchase.
• Day passes are only available for purchase at the facility on the day of attendance. No day passes are sold online.
• Day Passes remain at the same rate all season.
• Every day pass holder is required to have a waiver on file. Save time in line by creating your DaySmart account and signing your waiver today. Then, just head to the main gate and pay for your pass upon arrival at which point you will be given a wristband for entry.
