While the Hampton Virginia Aquaplex is a membership-based facility, it can be rented out by non-members for parties, private events, and meets. Additionally, non-members may purchase day passes for the Aquaplex (year-round) and SplashDown Park (seasonally). Please see our Membership page for information on pricing and policies.

With 300 parking spaces on the property, guests can park directly onsite. In the event of a swim meet or a major competitive event where traffic will be at a peak, we will have overflow parking available. These plans will be communicated in advance of those events.

Children 15 and under require a guardian to be present at all times. A parent/guardian waiver is required for all guests under 18 years of age. Please see specific pool policies for more details regarding minors on the pool deck and in the water.

We plan to extend private and small group lessons based on interest in the homeschool community. To inquire about homeschool swim lessons, please complete the form on the Contact page.

Similar to most other pools, Splashdown Splash Park will be open Memorial Day thru Labor Day. There may be private events scheduled outside of these times subject to timing and availability.

We currently offer Special Needs Adaptive Swim lessons for individuals aged 6-12 years old.

Yes, all of our aquatic assets are handicap accessible, with pools featuring chair lifts to accommodate our differently-abled guests.

Second graders in Hampton City Public Schools will each receive a season of free swim lessons that will be coordinated outside of our standard swim lesson programming.
