The Event coordinator serves as the point of contact for all special event and party inquiries and/or requests. This critical role tours and information for prospective customers and assists in planning, organizing, scheduling, and directing special events and parties, as well as other related tasks.

This position is the face of the facility and is responsible for greeting guests and providing answers and directions as needed. This tea member will rovide courteous and friendly guest service to all HVA members and guests amongst other key tasks.

This key team member maintains a safe swim environment by enforcing all rules and regulations of the pool as well as preventing and responding to all emergencies in the Hampton Aquaplex.

This role is responsible for providing outstanding guest service, receiving and processing payments, serving food and beverage items promptly, as well as preparing and cooking food in a timely manner according to menu standards. Additionally, the part-time Concessions Attendant is responsible for engaging with guests behind and beyond the customer service counter.

Our Water Ex Instructors teach water aerobics classes to our membership base. The goal is to grow the health and wellness of our community through education surrounding effective workout methods, proper techniques, and more.

Our Swim Instructors develop seasonal schedules and lesson plans and conduct class instruction.

This role is responsible for participating in a series of training events and emergency preparation initiatives. This position is also responsible for enforcing all aquatic facility policies and procedures while balancing a fun and welcoming environment for our member base.
